Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-31
- @stammy Ha was that you, or was someone screwing with your phone? #
- @stammy Or that means you drink more until you call those you *aren’t* comfortable with drunk dialing. Your pick. #
- Apparently, “crashing a party” with @kevinrose. #
- Anyone have any legitimate solution to the problem of the creative half of my brain refusing to kick in before 2AM CST? #
- Watching GaryV live on Ustream. http://tinyurl.com/6z973v #
- @garyvee I think you already follow me. For anyone else, @garyvee is streaming and hanging out. http://tinyurl.com/6z973v #
- The iTunes app store will be the death of my bank account. Just bought the Monopoly game because someone mentioned Monopoly on Ustream. #
- OH: Putting a Beta tag on a product is NOT enough to say your product is a work in progress. You need to build a community around it. #

- @Bicx Yay for you. I’ll say that I am disappointed that mine didn’t show up like you promised. *sniff* #
- After a long night, the new single-page site (for now) for Ravsonic.com is live (including new Mint-y stats freshness for me). #
- Also, listening to old Incubus all night has been conducive to my productivity. #
- Grr. Why can’t the contract/app review process have actual estimated time frames via Apple? Downloading Espresso beta in the meantime. #
- Found a little graphics glitch in my app.. After I’ve already submitted. We’ll see if they notice, I’ve already got a patch ready for day 1 #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-29
- I hate you, sleep schedule. I tried to go to sleep at a decent hour (11pm) and now I’m wide awake again (1am). #
- @loic Good to hear. The dev team is really working their asses off, aren’t they? #
- @chrispirillo Okay. What’s our video going to be about? Twitter, I take it? #
- Hmm. Mind is still too busy for sleep. Guess I’ll try a Pzizz nap and get the day started in an hour and a half. #
- @bicx If you don’t mind, please inform my group that I’ll be there. I’ll probably be a few minutes late, but I’ll be there. #
- Getting new website ready for iPhone app release. Debating stats tracking options. Probably buying a Mint license (http://haveamint.com). #
- Eh, done debating. Google Analytics is still too ugly. Just sent @shauninman 30 bucks for a Mint license. #

- @drum109 To start making apps, no, you can just use the SDK. To test on iPhone hardware instead of the simulator & distribute, yes. #
- @kevinrose This revelation is full of win and awesomeness. #
- Got a lot of the work done on iPhone app #1 last night. Back into Xcode to polish up some stuff before I submit this thing. #
- @shauninman How long did it take for your contracts to go from “Setup in Process” to “Setup Complete”? #
- After doing the cert/provisioning dance, my app is packaged for App Store distro. Now to clean up my webpage so it doesn’t look like shit. #
- @fourzerotwo Oh that is a bitch, sir. At least you didn’t switch from Burnout to GTA mid-citation. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-27
- Still getting App Store stuff setup. Next on the agenda: Japanese Tax Treaty forms for the IRS. Just in case, you know? #
- Yay! First “app” running on my iPod. Like a magic 8 ball, but instead of answers when you shake, you get random numbers. Let’s continue… #
- There is a new sidewalk on campus. Everyone is afraid to walk on it apparently. #
- @stammy Looks good. I agree with what @ivey said about nudging the slogan though. #
- @urbanrocksgym, an indoor climbing gym in Chattanooga, is now on Twitter and has a new website (http://urbanrocksgym.com). Looks great! #
- Great. Just downloaded the iPhone SDK the day before yesterday, and I get to download another one today. #
- @drum109 Oh, I updated my iPod touch to 2.2.1 and Xcode wouldn’t talk to it until I downloaded the new 2.2.1 SDK. #

- Wonder what happens if I pull the “I sell your phones, so fix it, or I’m selling AT&T’s instead” card? #
- Just received my activation code from Apple and entered it into the portal. I’m now an official iPhone developer. #
- Just pushed my first Hello World-ish thing to my iPod touch. Time to get to work. After class, of course. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-25
- @chrispirillo The State of Zune makes me sad, mostly because I love wifi+marketplace+120gb+Zunepass. #
- Downloading the latest iPhone SDK. Time to get *this* ball rolling again. #
- Just emailed Sprint about replacing this horrible phone I have now. #
- Sprint’s not wanting to budge. They can’t seem to get it though their head that it’s cheaper for me to cancel and go elsewhere. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-23
- I’ve posted a new answer on Plinky: “My road-trip mix tape” http://www.plinky.com/links/xY #
- @qrush That link didn’t work, but workingwithrails.com does for me. #
- I’ve posted a new answer on Plinky: “Why my hip-hop posse would include Gary Vaynerchuk” http://www.plinky.com/links/1FJ #
- Oh and for the record the other issues I emailed WH.gov about yesterday were fixed last night. Yay for people who give a shit about the web. #
- So, I’m happy for the new features on identi.ca, but that new design leaves a lot to be desired. IMHO, of course. #
- Any of you have contacts at Sprint that can get them to replace my phone with one that isn’t shit? #
- Oh, and btw, January 21 marked 1 year of being a Mac owner for me. Time for an upgrade? #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-22
- @lou2 Haha ok. I’ll check it when I get off work and accept it. #
- Interesting. Emailed the White House about an issue I had with the blog last night. It was fixed today. Feeling empowered, I just sent more. #
- This Press Briefing is becoming very irritating. Day 2(3) people. There is no way this man can tell you what’s going to happen in a year. #
- @Bicx Yes, please do share more info as your idea evolves. #
- You know feeling in your throat that says “hey, you’re about to get a sore throat”? Had that for 3 days now. Wish it would get on with it. #
- @Bicx The identity is often as important (if not moreso) than the app itself. A wise first step. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-01-21
- I’m moving most of my blogging/posting activities to http://tumblr.thisislee.com. If you already use tumblr, you can also follow me there. #
- @qrush I use Mail.app, mostly because I forced myself to when I bought my Mac a year ago. I love it now. It did take a week or two, though. #
