Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-31
- Playing with @mugasha (http://mugasha.com), where you can listen to dance DJ sets like albums. I’ve got 3 invites if anyone wants one. #
- @shauninman That’s funny, I did the same thing this morning. Coded all night, ate, finished up work, went to bed at 5AM. #
- @rbates I’ve heard that phrase so much of the course of my senior software project. Too bad it’s .NET, so nothing is really TSTTCPW. #
- Weird. My iPhone just restarted itself for the first time ever. I can haz firmware 3.0.1 plx? This lack of stability is killing me. #
- @stammy Dude are you around a -1.75? Pick up two more pairs while you are there and I’ll paypal you (too lazy to go to myself). #
- Heading to get some Red Bull. Got a long night of Python and Java ahead of me, 2 things I’m not really used to anymore. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-30
- @kevinrose Yeah, probably should have kept it to yourself for a couple of days and built it. Bet the @wefollow codebase could work. #
- @jeffhui (re: coursework) I have that problem. I mean, I’m not getting paid for schoolwork, it can wait, right? (And there goes the GPA…) #
- @stammy but seriously, was there ever any doubt the call wouldn’t come? #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-29
- Today is race day. Nascar in the background while I do some API work so I can give full attention to the F1 rerun later. Brawn GP FTW? #
- “Uploaded” all of my tracks to Lala. T-minus 2 days until completion. #
- Lazyweb : What’s the best resource/book for getting quickly up to speed with Python/Python-based web dev? Never worked in it before. #
- @mikeful Yeah, I’ve looked at Django, and will probably end up with it eventually. I’d just like to get a feel for the language first. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-28
- So, it’s midnight, and I’m still deep into Xcode and my 2nd iPhone app. Midnight seems to be my most productive/creative time slot. #
- A particular API I use in my iPhone app goes down a lot at around 3AM. Grr. The one I want to use can’t be used for commercial apps. Grr^2. #
- @shaunau Yeah, too bad the rest of the world doesn’t work like this. My sleep pattern is so screwed up. #
- So, I bouncing some ideas around in my head. First question: Who would be up for a Startup Weekend Chattanooga (or is there one being made)? #
- @andrewhyde I’ll do that. I’m going to put some feelers out this week and see how interested the community is. #
- @kevinrose What’s funny is that while you need to visit the Bay for the ISO, MS will still happily give you a CD Key. #
- @andrewhyde I’d hope there’s lots of fun stuff, considering 8 of those 9 DVDs are strictly Additional Content. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-27
- Realized a huge oversight in an iPhone app I’m working on when it crashed at dinner last night. Implementing the fix. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-26
- @PaulsBeard is awesome enough to need its own Twitter. Following. #
- Finally. After digging around for hours, I finally found good sky images with a CC license I can use in an app I’m working on. Yay. #
- Grrr. Alarm clock decided to not go off at the right time. My project group is going to love me. Must. Find. Coffee. #
- @Bicx If leaving Chatt moves in a wrong direction, I wouldn’t. Unless you need to financially *right now*. It’s okay to say no sometimes. #
- All SXSW people see this yet? RT: @andrewhyde Go To SXSW With An iPhone? AT&T Wants To Buy You a Free Month! http://is.gd/oW8z #
- Have any iPhone developers had any trouble getting <=2.2.1 software/updates approved that were built in SDK 3.0′s Xcode? #
- Watching 37signals live. http://live.37signals.com/ #
- @kevinrose Yeah. Tell them good luck with that, seeing as it’s already on Engadget. #
Lee’s Twitter Updates for 2009-03-25
- @macheist bundle is out! Lots of neat Mac apps for just $39. http://www.macheist.com/bundle/u/50567/ #
- @brittanygreene Um, no. Steve is the winner of this competition. I told you that a few weeks ago. #
- Need to go to bed. I can’t stop playing World of Goo. Thanks, @macheist. #
- Pragmatic Programmers (publisher of some of my fave ebooks) just announced Kindle support! Hella excited about that. http://pragprog.com/ #
- I hate when I dream about a new product idea only to not be able to really remember what it was when I wake up. #

- @leolaporte Great TWiT this week. It’d be great if Kevin and Jason had time to be on more often. #
